Athena Karamuza

She graduated from the Department of Biology of the University. Aristotle in Thessaloniki. She received postgraduate studies at Nottingham University in the UK with a postgraduate dissertation (M. Med. Sci.) On Assisted Reproductive Technologies. She worked at the Jessop Wings Clinic in Sheffield, where she gained experience using all methods of in vitro fertilization, including vitrification. In 2011 she defended her postgraduate dissertation in Embryology and received a diploma from the British Embryologists Union (ACE). Certified Clinical Embryologist of the European Society for Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ESHRE) and a member of ESHRE, ACE and the Hellenic Union of Clinical Embryologists (ΠΕΚΕ).
