Haidar Mahmoud

Dr. Haidar Mahmoud is certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada. He finished his residency training from the University of Toronto in 1995, and is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. Dr Mahmoud has also been an active staff member in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at The Scarborough Hospital, and was a chief of Department for 10 years.

Dr Mahmoud is an active lecturer for both medical students and residents in the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Toronto, and has a special interest in quality improvement and patient safety. He was awarded The Scarborough Hospital Award of Excellence in Medical Education in 2013.

Dr Mahmoud is highly skilled in Minimally Invasive Reproductive Surgery, with vast experience in treating uterine and pelvic related matter.
