Surakshith Battina

Dr Surakshith Battina is the consultant gynaecologist and endoscopy specialist at Indigo Womens Center. He received his M.B.B.S degree from Sri Ramachandra University and his M.D degree from Annamalai University.Dr. Surakshith worked at Y.R.G Care for a period of one yea and later received his FICRS – F international clinical scholarship at NIH campus, Bethesda, Maryland U.S.A in 2009. Dr Surakshith worked steadfastly to enhance his skills in laparoscopy after developing a keen interest in advanced Gynaec. endoscopic surgery. He earned his fellowship and diploma in minimal access surgery at WLH, Gurgaon.He later worked for a year under the guidance of legendary Gynaec. Laparoscopic surgeon Dr. Rakesh Sinha ,where he earned his next fellowship from D.Y Patil University, Mumbai. He is also a certified robotic surgeon accredited for the Da Vinci Surgical Systems Training module 2013.
